Sunguard Availability Systems, the digital transformation system provider, has been bought by Viatel Technology Group.
Details of the price paid for the business have not been disclosed.

The purchase is Viatel’s eighth acquisition since 2020. It is expected that the company’s annual revenues will now exceed €90m and bring its employee headcount to over 310. Viatel recently announced the creation of 50 new jobs as the group expands its cybersecurity portfolio.
