The first step can be an email or a phone call, telling us a bit about your company and what you’re looking for.
There is no “one-size-fits-all” in financial services and very quickly we will be able to tell you if CFO Services is the right fit for your business. If not, we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction through our network of contacts.
The next step is to meet, take a look at any accounts you have and discuss where your company is now and where you want it to go. We have fifteen years’ experience working with SME’s and have seen clients through all the growth phases.
You can decide what functions you want us to perform. Initially, it could be payroll and bookkeeping, company secretarial services or management accounts. Later, a full-suite finance function that includes strategic or funding advice may be what’s required to bring your business to the next level.

You’ll want to know what it’s going to cost, and we can give you a monthly or quarterly fixed-fee schedule that provides certainty. Because CFO Services works hand-in-hand with our clients, we can guarantee no surprises on the cost front.
