What the role involves
You will lead key parts of the finance function for multiple SMEs. Your work will include reviewing management accounts, analysing performance, preparing financial statements, and guiding clients through their numbers. You’ll help them understand what is happening in their business and what they should consider next. You’ll work both in our Dublin office and on-site with clients, depending on the project, and will be part of a team that supports, trusts, and values your judgment.
Is this you?
You’re a qualified accountant with strong technical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients. You’re comfortable managing deadlines, owning your work, and supporting growing businesses. You enjoy variety, learning, and being part of a team that collaborates closely. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be curious, engaged, and ready to take the next step in your career.
