Qualified Chartered Tax Adviser – Dublin
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting a Qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) to lead and develop our tax operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to advance their tax career in Dublin, gain exposure to multiple client sectors, and play a key role in supporting the tax requirements of SME businesses.
You will manage compliance, support clients with complex tax planning, and liaise directly with the Revenue Commissioners. As part of our wider finance team, you will help shape the future of CFO Services’ tax offering as demand for fractional CFO and outsourced finance solutions continues to grow.
This role is primarily based in our Dublin office, with occasional on-site client work and hybrid arrangements when delivery timelines allow.

- Prepare and file client tax returns across multiple tax headings
- Discuss outcomes and recommendations with clients
- Liaise with Revenue to ensure on-time, accurate submissions
- Support tax planning and strategic structuring for SME clients
- Contribute to expanding the CFO Services tax advisory offering
- Qualified CTA with 2+ years PQE
- Strong knowledge of Irish tax regulations
- Ability to research and respond to technical tax queries
- Competency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Clear communicator with strong client-facing skills
Qualified Management Accountant – Dublin
Role Overview
We are also hiring a Qualified Management Accountant to support our growing client base. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving finance environment and wants exposure to fractional CFO support, management reporting, cash flow forecasting, and performance analysis.
You will be responsible for preparing high-quality management accounts, presenting insights to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery across multiple engagements. This is a great role for someone seeking accounting jobs in Dublin that offer real variety and direct impact.
This role is office-based with some on-site work. Flexible arrangements may be available depending on client needs.

Management Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Analyse variances and explain performance changes
- Complete and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare KPI reporting for stakeholders
- Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and planning
Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and submit Corporation Tax returns
- Review and support VAT3 submissions
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare for and support external audits
- Assist with strategic financial planning
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Confidence explaining financial results to non-financial audiences
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and support junior team members
